Your application at EQOS

At EQOS, we are looking for people who want to help shape our projects with commitment, expertise and their personal ‘Q’. Here you can find all the important information about the application process. We wish you lots of luck and success!

Note: EQOS is made up of various independent business units, each with their own priorities and overseeing their projects closely. This means that the application process can vary slightly depending on the business area. You can find the contact details for your point of contact directly in each job description.
Application process
1. Your online application

On our careers page, you can find all our current job listings in a clear and updated format. If you cannot find a position that suits you, you are also invited to submit a speculative application! We are always looking for committed people who wish to work collectively on purpose-filled projects and contribute their strengths.

You can submit applications online directly or by email. Both channels meet high data protection standards. After we receive your documents, we assess them carefully and forward them to the relevant department. You will receive a reply with your application status after a short while.

2. Interviews with us

During the interview, we want to get to know you as a person and not just the CV version of you. We are interested in who you are, what experience you bring and what drives you. Bring along and raise all the questions that interest you – about the position, EQOS, our teams, locations or corporate culture. There is no such thing as a bad question. What is important for us is that we together develop an idea of what your journey at EQOS could look like. The interview will be held in person or online depending on the position and location.

3. Your contract & onboarding

If everything works out, we will get to wish you a warm welcome on board! Your job contract will be just the first step. We want you to feel like you are in good hands right from the start and be able to release your personal ‘Q’ at our organisation. Our onboarding will give you the optimal preparation for your duties and teach you all the important information about EQOS, your work environment and your new colleagues.

For our workers performing office-based duties, the structured onboarding programme additionally includes welcome days where the core tools, processes and work methods are presented. Building on them, we then hold our culture days where we practise our values and EQOS culture together.

FAQs
How do I submit an application at EQOS, including speculatively or for multiple vacancies?

You can apply for an advertised position directly on our jobs page. If there is nothing that matches you right now, we are also happy to receive speculative applications. Moreover, you are welcome to apply for multiple positions simultaneously. Please make sure to tailor your documents to the respective position you are applying for.

What documents and formats are important for my application?

Submit your CV first. You are welcome to attach relevant references and certificates to it, too. You can apply using our online portal or by email. You can find details for this on the respective application form.

What happens after I send in my application?

You will usually receive a response within two weeks. If you wish to change something after submission or had technical issues when uploading your documents, please get in touch with the contact person designated in the job advertisement.

What should I expect in the interview?

After we assess your documents, we may invite you to an initial interview. The initial interview as well as any other ones that might follow can be held online or in person.

During the interview, our HR team and delegates from your department will get to know you. Prepare to talk about your experience, and you are very much welcome to ask questions!

What will happen when I start at EQOS?

If you get a job offer, we will then send you the job contract and initiate the onboarding process. For office-based employees, this process involves activities such as welcome days where you familiarise yourself with our company, our tools and your team. The probation period, which is set out in the job contract, is usually six months.

How does EQOS handle my data?

Your data is processed and treated as confidential in accordance with our data privacy notice. Access is permitted for authorised individuals only. The duration of the data’s storage is also governed by the provisions of the data privacy notice.
